Макалада Ж. Баласагын атындагы КУУда дин таануучуларды даярдоо тажрыйбасы баяндалган. Автор дин универсалдуу, көп кырдуу (социалдык, психологиялык, антропологиялык, тарыхый) феномен катары азыркы светтик дин таануунун принциптерине ылайык, түрдүү методологиялык позицияларды колдонуу менен изилденип жатканын белгилеген. Дин таанууну окуу дисциплина катары окутуунун ар кандай аспектилери каралат.
