В статье раскрывается понятие эмоционального выгорания, выделены причины эмоционального выгорания педагогов, описаны основные признаки профессиональной деструкции, вызванной эмоциональным выгоранием, раскрыты современные подходы и практические рекомендации по профилактике эмоционального выгорания педагогов
