Аннотация
В данной статье речь пойдет об общих проблемах современного образовательного процесса в Кыргызстане, где говорится, что основной проблемой всех реформ является вопрос образования, от которого зависят их темпы, направления, полнота и успех. С переходом к рыночной экономике образование стало платным. В постсоветских странах население не забыло принцип бесплатного образования, и сейчас поступление на бюджетные отделения вузов сокращается из года в год. Кроме того, снижение реальных доходов населения делает образовательные услуги недоступными для многих, что создает проблему политического характера
