Abstract
Тhis article will focus on the general problems of the modern educational process in Kyrgyzstan, which states that the main problem of all reforms is the issue of education, on which their pace, direction, completeness and success depend. With the transition to a market economy and education, it became paid. In post-Soviet countries, the population has not forgotten the principle of free education, and now admission to budget departments of universities is decreasing from year to year. In addition, the decline in real incomes of the population makes educational services inaccessible to many, which creates a political problem
