Аннотация

В статье рассматривается вопрос обеспечения конституционных прав и свобод человека парламентом. Практически во всех государствах мира человек, его права и свободы являются главной ценностью, а их система и гарантии имеют конституционное закрепление. В данном процессе Кыргызстан также не отстает от других стран мира. Анализируется деятельность Жогорку Кенеша Кыргызской Республики по обеспечению конституционных прав и свобод человека как органа государственной власти, избираемого народом и направленного, в первую очередь, на защиту прав и законных интересов народа. Рассматриваются выявленные проблемы и дается ряд рекомендаций по совершенствованию данной деятельности
