Abstract

The article discusses the issue of ensuring constitutional human rights and freedoms. In almost all states of the world, a person, his rights and freedoms are the main value, and their system and guarantees are constitutionally enshrined. In this process, Kyrgyzstan also does not lag behind other countries of the world. The activity of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic in ensuring the constitutional rights and freedoms of man as a body of state power elected by the people and aimed, first of all, at protecting the rights and legitimate interests of the people, as well as the problems existing in it, is analyzed and a number of recommendations are given for improving this activity
