Аннотация

Приводится выступление автора на научной конференции, посвященной 30-летию принятия Конституции Кырг. Респ. Автор высказывает мнение о сильных и слабых сторонах Конституции. Необходимо, чтобы положения Конституции были вершиной кыргызской правовой системы и одновременно фундаментом её развития
