Abstract
The author’s speech is presented at a scientific conference dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic. The author expresses an opinion about the strengths and weaknesses of the Constitution. It is necessary that the provisions of the Constitution be the pinnacle of the Kyrgyz legal system and at the same time the foundation of its development
