Аннотация

Изилдөөнүн максаты окуучулардын кесиптик өз алдынча аныкталуусуна гендердик стереотиптердин тийгизген таасирин аныктоо болуп саналат. Изилдөөнүн методологиясы статистикалык талдоону, Ташкент шаарындагы төрт мектептин (№110, №17, №81 жана №145 мектептеринин) 11-класстарынын 100 окуучусунун катышуусунда жүргүзүлгөн сурамжылоону, фактордук талдоону, ошондой эле салыштырма жана интерпретациялык ыкмаларды камтыды. Кесип тандоодогу гендердик стереотиптер үй-бүлөнүн, билим берүү чөйрөсүнүн жана коомдук нормалардын таасири астында калыптанган, жаштардын кыздар жана балдар үчүн “ылайыктуу” деп эсептелген кесиптик ролдор тууралуу түшүнүктөрүн аныктаган туруктуу социалдык көз караштар катары каралды. Бул стереотиптер мектепте билим алуу мезгилинде бекемделип, билим берүү жана кесиптик ниеттердин түзүлүшүнө таасир этүү менен кесип тандоонун ар түрдүүлүгүн чектейт. Статистикалык маалыматтар көрсөткөндөй, окуучулардын 46 % гендердик стереотиптерге бала кезинен эле туш болушкан, ал эми 51 % алардын келечектеги кесипти тандоого, айрыкча STEM багыттарынан баш тартууга терс таасирин белгилешкен. Респонденттердин болжол менен 48 % стереотиптердин мектеп предметтерин тандоого таасирин көрсөтүшкөн, ал эми 45-47 % алардын гендердик ролдор жана үй-бүлөлүк милдеттер жөнүндө түшүнүктөрдүн калыптанышындагы ролун белгилешкен. Изилдөөнүн жыйынтыктары ошондой эле үй-бүлөнүн таасири 40-50 % чейин, социалдык тармактардын таасири 35-45 % чейин жана “типтүү кесип” тууралуу түшүнүктөрдүн басымы 40-55 % чейин күчөгөнүн көрсөттү. Бул көрүнүш өзгөчө кыздардын кесип тандоо мүмкүнчүлүктөрүн чектейт.
