Ар бир бала ӛзгӛчӛ, үй-бүлӛсү үчүн ӛзгӛчӛ. Бир дүйнӛдӛ тӛрӛлгӛн балдар бирдей физикалык жана психикалык ӛнүгүүнү кӛрсӛтӛ алышпайт. Кээ бир балдар эрте басканды үйрӛнсӛ, башкалары кийинчерээк. Кээ бирӛӛлӛр эрте сүйлӛй башташат, кээ бирӛӛлӛр кеч сүйлӛшӛт. Кээ бир адамдар физикалык жана психикалык жактан такыр ӛнүгӛ албай, баса албай, сүйлӛй албай, кабылдай албай жатса, башкалары чуркап, сүйлӛп, баарын жогорку деңгээлде кабыл 54 алышат, атүгүл сизден алдыда.
