Илимий макалада жубайлардын жалпы мүлкүнӛ карата укуктарын ишке ашыруу маселелери каралат. Атап айтканда, Кыргыз Республикасынын үйбүлӛ мыйзамдарында ченемдик жактан бекемделиши жана алардын биргелешкен менчиги менен бүтүмдӛрдү түзүүдӛ жубайлардын макулдугун милдеттүү түрдӛ билдирүүсүнүн мазмуну иликтенүүдӛ. Мындай макулдук болжолдонгон негиздер, ошондой эле ал бүтүмгӛ түздӛн-түз катышуу менен жеке ӛзү же милдеттүү нотариалдык күбӛлӛндүрүү менен жазуу жүзүндӛ билдирилүүгӛ тийиш болгон негиздер сүрӛттӛлӛт.
