Аннотация

Жасалма интеллекттин (AI) активдүү өнүгүшүнө байланыштуу аны колдонуу чөйрөлөрү да өсүп жатат. Ушуга байланыштуу юридикалык илимде жасалма интеллект системасын “электрондук адамдын” инсандык өзгөчө формасы катары жайгаштыруу жана ага ар кандай факторлорго жараша белгилүү бир юридикалык субъектилик ыйгаруу маселесин кароого биринчи аракеттер жасалган жана мындай системанын иштешинин масштабы.
