Abstract
Due to the active development of artificial intelligence (AI), the areas of its application are also growing. In this regard, in legal science, the first attempts have already been made to consider the issue of positioning an artificial intelligence system as a special form of personality of an “electronic person” and endowing it with a certain legal personality, depending on various factors and the scope of operation of such a system. There is every possibility that AI can get out of human control – this is a global problem and concerns the entire world space and requires urgent cooperation in resolving this issue, in particular legal regulation aimed at regulating specific artificial intelligence systems, taking into account the specifics of specific areas of its application, ensuring a balance of interests of man, state and society, taking into account ethical and legal norms, to ensure safety and well-being for people
