Аннотация

Конституционализмдин идеялары жана принциптери Кыргыз Республикасынын конституциялык ишинде орун алып, азыркы конституционализмдин тенденцияларын чагылдырат. Бул кыргыз мамлекетинин дүйнөлүк аренада укуктук мамлекет катары татыктуу ордун ээлөө каалоосунан улам келип чыккан. Мамлекеттик башкаруу адам укуктарын жана эркиндиктерин сактоого багытталган. Негизги мыйзамда конституционализмдин идеяларын жана принциптерин консолидациялоо жетишсиз, конституционализмдин булактарын ишке ашыруу механизмин камсыз кылуу зарыл.
