Abstract

The ideas and principles of constitutionalism take place in the constitutional matter of the Kyrgyz Republic, reflecting the trends of modern constitutionalism. This is due to the desire of the Kyrgyz state to take its rightful place on the world stage as a rule of law state. Public administration is focused on respecting human rights and freedoms. It is not enough to consolidate the ideas and principles of constitutionalism in the Basic Law; it is necessary to provide a mechanism for implementing the sources of constitutionalism. To prevent arbitrariness of power, as well as to impart systematicity, stability, consistency to the activities and establish the responsibility of senior officials, it is advisable to adopt independent constitutional laws regulating the activities of the highest bodies of state power
