Кыргыз Республикасындагы жазык процессине карата контролдук жана тең салмактуулук тутумунун маселелери каралып, жазык куугунтугун ишке ашырууда мамлекеттик органдардын системасындагы прокуратуранын ролу жана орду талданган. Тергөөнҥ мамлекеттик айыптоодон бөлҥҥ идеясын сынга алуу, анын ичинде Кыргыз Республикасы ҥчҥн Тергөө комитети деп аталган нерсени тҥзҥҥнҥн негизсиздиги жана кемчилиги бар. Прокуратура органдарына кылмыш иштерин козгоо боюнча бир катар процессуалдык ыйгарым укуктарды сактап калуу зарылчылыгы, ошондой эле прокуратуранын жогорку көзөмөлҥнө окшошуп, жарандардын мыйзамдардын аткарылышын көзөмөлдөө ыйгарым укуктарын прокуратурага берҥҥ зарылдыгын СССРде негиздейт
