Abstract

This article assumes that the problems associated with the teaching profession are related to the prestige of the profession and its place in society. The article compares the level of teacher satisfaction with both the work environment and the profession, as well as how the teacher's status in society has changed over time. There are also questions related to the need to take into account their health and improve working conditions
