Аннотация

В статье даются разъяснения по поводу различий понимания гражданского общества в западных странах и в рамках исторического опыта кыргызского народа. Указываются различия между формой и содержанием гражданского общества в стране. Описывается современная модель финансирования неправительственных организаций в Кыргызской Республике и выявляются ее аспекты, противоречащие национальным интересам. Предлагается адекватная для национальных интересов модель финансирования неправительственных организаций и рассматриваются актуальные задачи института курултая как инструмента гражданского общества
