Аннотация

В данной статье показаны психологические основы компьютерной зависимости подростков и еѐ влияние на их психологическое благополучие. Введение представляет краткий обзор проблемы и еѐ актуальность в современном мире. Основная часть анализирует психологические механизмы, лежащие в основе развития компьютерной зависимости, а также психологические потребности, которые могут быть удовлетворены через онлайн-активности. Также рассматриваются факторы риска, влияющие на развитие зависимости, и последствия, которые она может иметь для подростков. В заключении предложены практические рекомендации по профилактике и лечению компьютерной зависимости у подростков. Исследование проводится с учетом культурных и социальных аспектов, что помогает понять сложность данной проблемы в современном обществе
