Аннотация

В настоящем исследовании проведен анализ базовых документов ООН, провозглашающих и раскрывающих содержание свободы информации. Тажке были рассмотрены нормы законодательства Кыргызской Республики на соответствие международным общепризнанным нормам на свободу информации, в результате чего были выявлены формулировки, которые могут привести к вероятному необоснованному ограничению прав и свобод; предложены рекомендации
