Аннотация

Студенческий менеджмент – это одновременно и наука, и искусство управления. В процессе повседневного студенческого менеджмента существует адаптивная граница в институциональных регламентах управления, которая не может полностью и должным образом заниматься некоторыми специальными делами. Эта управленческая вакансия оставила проблемы управления для персонала, занимающегося управлением студентами. Основная концепция управления студентами состоит из научного духа поиска истины, законного мышления и гуманистической заботы, ориентированной на человека. Он в основном охватывает логический способ исследования, анализа, решения и предотвращения проблем. Поэтому он имеет определенную справочную ценность для управленческого персонала студентов, чтобы разумно решать некоторые управленческие проблемы на практике
