Abstract

Student management is both a science and an art of management.In the process of daily student management, there is an adaptive boundary in the institutional regulations of management, which cannot deal with some special affairs completely and properly. This management vacancy has left management problems for the staff engaged in student management.The basic concept of student management is composed of the scientific spirit of seeking truth, legal thinking of legitimacy and the human-centered humanistic care. It basically covers the logical way of investigating, analyzing, solving and preventing problems.Therefore, it has certain reference value for students' management staff to solve some management problems reasonably in practice
