Abstract

The thesis that "personnel decide everything", expressed 100 years ago, has not lost its relevance to this day. We must not forget that human resources are the most valuable and are always a decisive factor in development. The paper examines the features of personnel policy in the state and municipal service after the adoption of the Decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic of November 29, 2021 "On the new personnel policy". Differences in choice are analyzed, problems are identified and the author's proposals for solving problems are given
