Abstract
This article discusses that communication in a general education institution in the pedagogical process develops an extremely important system of educational relationships and interactions between the teacher and students, which contributes to the effectiveness of the upbringing and teaching of school-age children. There is a truth for many teachers and it has been proven by numerous psychological and pedagogical studies that children often transfer their attitude towards the teacher to the subject that he teaches. In the educational process, relationships are primary; a multi-component, multi-stage pyramid of training and education is built on them. Through pedagogical communication between teachers and students, as a key to increasing the effectiveness of the learning process, the teacher gets closer to the children. Mutual understanding is a fundamental prerequisite for successful pedagogical communication
