Abstract

In this article, the creation of an astronomical model of the world, described in the poem ―Blessed Knowledge‖ by the great poet Yusup Balasagyn, was created under the influence of ancient astronomical knowledge preserved in the rocks of the Tien Shan, and their development was described. In the poem, the geocentric system of the world that lived before The Middle Ages, the order of their location and the speed of movement across the sky are clearly shown.In the celestial sphere, he described the movement of the Sun according to the zodiacal constellations and compiled a solar calendar according to the zodiacal constellations. The solar calendar was created in 1069, 10 years before Omor Khayam. In the poem, the planets are written in Turkish, and the names of the zodiac constellations are similar to the modern Kyrgyz language
