Abstract

This article analyzes motivational research and psychological and pedagogical research on its formation. Methods and techniques for developing positive motivation for learning activities at primary school age were classified in the system of psychological and pedagogical conditions. Requirements for the content of educational material when forming the motivation of younger schoolchildren have also been identified. The importance of collective and group work and all types of social motivation, a number of educational activities at the motivational stage, and a number of criteria for the successful formation of motivation are noted
