Abstract
This article reveals the need to introduce integrated learning into the education system in modern pedagogy, reveals the characteristics and structure of the concept ―Integration‖, the meaning, levels, purpose, functions and principles of integration in two directions. The content, methods and organizational forms of the educational process in the process of integration in education were also analyzed. The place and role of an integrated approach in education are clearly defined. The place of integration in the educational process system and the difference between an integrated lesson using interdisciplinary connections are determined. Examples are given of highlighting its various forms when preparing an integrated lesson
