Abstract

This article will focus on information technologies in the field of education, and it also says that the use of modern digital and information technologies in education leads to an improvement in the role of both the teacher and the student in the educational process. The student becomes an active participant in the educational process, independently managing it to a certain extent. He defines his goals, such as information retrieval, and learns skills to work with a variety of data, analyze them, and model processes. The role of the teacher in this context is not so much passive as actively helping, accompanying and guiding. Instead of just passing on information, the teacher becomes a curator who provides support and direction to the learning process
