Abstract

The article shows the essence of the national component in the structure of socio-personal competence and the ways of its formation among future primary school teachers in a pedagogical university. The description of the methods of its formation among students in practice is given. The importance of social and personal competence, in particular, its national component, in the process of organizing professional communication in a multinational Kazakh society is proved.
