Abstract
With the rapid development of society and the deepening of education reform, higher education faces unprecedented challenges and opportunities. As the mainstream of higher education, cultivating teaching tolerance in college students is of special significance. Teaching tolerance is not only related to the personal growth and development of students, but also to the formation of tutors and improving the quality of education in future educational institutions. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the strategies and practices of fostering tolerance in teaching and learning among university students in order to provide useful recommendations for higher education reform. According to relevant studies, the learning tolerance of university students is generally low, which limits the development of students' learning motivation and innovative ability to a certain extent. Meanwhile, with the deepening of internationalization of education, teaching tolerance has become one of the important indicators of higher education quality. Therefore, improving university students' teaching tolerance not only meets the needs of education reform, but also is an important way to cultivate talents with international vision and innovative ability. This study will make comprehensive use of literature review, case study, questionnaire and other methods to comprehensively and deeply explore the strategies and practices of educating pedagogical tolerance in college students. By comparing and analyzing case studies of educational tolerance education in different universities and educational institutions, the study will extract effective educational strategies and practices that will serve as a useful reference for higher education reform. At the same time, the study will integrate relevant theories and models to analyze the influencing factors and mechanisms of pedagogical tolerance to provide theoretical support and practical guidance to enhance the pedagogical tolerance of university students. As the famous educator Tao Xingzhi said, "the responsibility of educators is to cultivate talents with innovative spirit and practical ability". Therefore, this study is devoted to the research and practical application of strategies and methods of cultivating pedagogical tolerance in college students to make a positive contribution to the reform and development of higher education in China
