Abstract

Due to the incredibly rapid developments in the world, especially the new growth due to modern technologies, the demand for higher education has decreased in recent years, and most of the graduates dream of studying for a short temporary course and working from it, or they want to study and work abroad. In this article, it was studied and analyzed how to make school graduates interested in higher education, create conditions and transform higher educational institutions into modern universities
