Abstract
The main task of modern mathematical education is the training and upbringing of a competent personality capable of realizing their vital interests, the formation of independence, initiative in decision-making in the conditions of today's dynamic, socio-economic development. The article analyzes the methods of solving complex mathematical problems. Examples of solving various plot problems of practical content are given, recommendations on methodological methods for teaching students to solve non-standard tasks are given
