Abstract
The main component of scientific knowledge is scientific concepts. Without the successful formation of scientific concepts in schoolchildren, it is impossible to improve the quality of knowledge. Only a teacher can carry out such an important process in learning. The article discusses the content and composition of the competencies of physics teachers in the formation of students' physical concepts and the ways of their preparation
