Abstract
In traditional Kyrgyz ethnopedagogy, parents relied on national values to develop the moral qualities of their children. To do this, it was necessary to try to create a favorable environment in the family. The article describes the need for a wide use of the possibilities of practical pedagogy and psychology for the development of personal qualities of the younger generation. The experience of famous Russian and Kyrgyz teachers is noted, significant examples of education from their works are given
