Abstract

This article describes the information educational environment of secondary schools, its individual components and structure as a whole, the requirements for the information and education environment specified in the state standard of secondary education of the Kyrgyz Republic, the principles of its design. It is argued that the information and education environment in the learning process acts both as a condition of the modern learning process, and at the same time, as a means of forming a new system of education.It is proved that the IOS in the learning process acts both as a condition of the modern learning process, and at the same time, as a means of forming a new system of education. It is noted that it is based on modern information technologies that provide: rapid growth of information and resource base, free access to a variety of information resources, remoteness, mobility, interactivity, modeling and animation of various processes and phenomena. The differences between IOS and ICTs are considered. The factors that hinder the formation of the information and education environment of a rural school are shown, and the prospects for its development are reflected
