Abstract

The article analyzes the impact of the pandemic on writing skills (the alphabet "kana" and hieroglyphs and compositions) when learning the Japanese language through online distance learning. A survey was conducted among students about the impact of online learning during a pandemic on the following Japanese language skills: listening, reading, speaking and writing. As a result of the survey, according to students, it was concluded that the level of written skill did not increase much. After the return to traditional teaching, the question of raising the level of writing began to be taken into account
