Abstract

This short article briefly discusses the history of the study of our ancient common Turkic written monuments in the early period of Kyrgyz literature and discusses the views of literary scholars. In the work of K. Artykbaeva, she was one of the first to raise the issue of recognition of ancient common Turkic written monuments ("Blessed Knowledge" by Jusup Balasagyn, "Collection of Turkic Words" by Mahmud Kashkari) before the discoverers of our Kyrgyz writer
