Abstract
This article deals with conditions of teaching national language as a second language. The goals of the lessons should take into consideration students‘ ability to cope with a material. The goals of the lesson should be clearly explained to students. Students are to speak out their comprehension of lesson goals. The goals of the lesson should be set according to educational standards. After these criteria met, new technologies in teaching Kyrgyz as a second language and lesson plans are to be proposed
