Abstract
The article reveals the scientific and methodological significance of the polyparadigm approach in the study of pedagogical problems and the training of scientific and pedagogical personnel in the Kyrgyz Republic. The polyparadigm approach to the study of pedagogical phenomena is considered as one of the important strategic goals and methodological regulations for the training of scientific and pedagogical personnel, an important way to disclose research tasks, systematize, and interpret their results. And also serve as a theoretical basis in determining the content and methods of scientific research by future teachers, a methodological guideline in the development of formative and other experiments
