Abstract
Today, information technology is an important part of our daily lives, and its influence is gaining strength day by day. However, the crisis caused by COVID-19 has also affected the educational system extremely, with almost all countries temporarily closing their schools in 2020. This has created a need for the use of digital technologies in educational institutions, and has changed the paradigm of the entire education system. Since the first phase of the pandemic, national governments have focused on ensuring the continuity of the school year. While the pandemic is a common thread, countries have experienced the crisis in different ways depending on the characteristics of their education systems and the underlying issues that the crisis has revealed. In our country it caused many problems that developed during its time. This article will consider pedagogical conditions and problems necessary for effective use of information technology by teachers
