Исследуются вопросы стимулирования субъектов малого и среднего бизнеса в Кыргызской Республике. Рассмотрены правовые аспекты налогооложения и налоговые режимы для субъектов малого и среднего бизнеса. Представлены результаты анализа роли и вклада субъектов малого и среднего бизнеса в экономику страны. Рассмотрены результаты анализа вклада субъектов малого и среднего бизнеса в формирование доходной базы государственного бюджета Кыргызской Республики
