Аннотация

В статье показаны преимущества идеи перехода к «зеленой экономике». Установлена связь между инвестициями в инновационные технологии, способствующие сохранению ресурсов, окружающей среды, и устойчивым экономическим развитием. Показана роль государственного регулирования в устранении барьеров для «зеленых инвестиций»
