Аннотация

В данной научной статье представлен анализ роли и значения Конституции Кыргызской Республики 1993 года в становлении и развитии независимой судебной системы, выявлении тенденции проводимых конституционных реформ. Конституция Кыргызской Республики 1993 года сыграла значимую роль в закреплении конституционных основ судебной системы, определила дальнейшие пути совершенствования и реализации принципов судебной власти
