Проблема сущности правового статуса судьи, проведение научных исследований и разработка конкретных предложений по совершенствованию правового регулирования статуса судьи в Кыргызской Республике являются наиболее актуальными в условиях проводимой судебной реформы. В этой связи выявление признаков и особенностей правового статуса судьи имеет большое научное и практическое значение
