Аннотация
В данной статье анализируется необходимость перехода к «зеленой» экономике, дается определение ее социально-экономической сущности, раскрываются ее основные направления и перспективы развития; показаны особенности и проблемы формирования стратегий перехода к «зеленой» экономике
