Abstract

The article substantiates the definitions of trauma from the point of view of modern psychology, describes the main symptoms and types of injuries that specialists work with. The effectiveness of art therapy in dealing with injuries, its uniqueness and accessibility are described. Practical advice is given, the benefits of traumatic situations and the need to reach a new inner level of consciousness and self-esteem are revealed
