Abstract

To understand the security problem, the author examines it in the process of evolution, paying attention to how the corresponding terminology was born. The modern concept of security is not sufficiently developed in the context of international relations. Therefore, when discussing security issues, especially those related to newly independent states, there is a different understanding of the terms used. This article seeks to discuss and clarify security terms
