Abstract
The article analyzes the philosophical meaning of J. Balasagyn‘s poems. The author gave the correct structure of political-economic, social, everyday, philosophical, cultural-ethnic, legal, religious relations in human society through the dialogue of characters from the beginning to the end of the work, calling on a person to justice, tolerance, ability, satisfaction and honesty. The philosophy of power is described in particular detail. They said that the king‘s honest attitude towards the people would bring happiness and goodness not only to the people, but also to himself. Historical data and works of the Arab, Persian and Turkish peoples, preserved from ancient times, are the sacred heritage, discoveries, spiritual wealth, mentality and philosophy of the Kyrgyz people. We can say that Zhusup Balasagyn‘s work ―Kut Alchu Bilim‖ moved from quietism to humanism
