Abstract
This article examines the pedagogical conditions that contribute to the effective use of workbooks in the educational process of younger students with the aim of individualizing learning. It describes methods and techniques that allow for the adaptation of the content and structure of workbooks to meet the individual needs of each student. The advantages and possible difficulties in using this teaching method are also discussed. Special attention is given to the integration of workbooks into the educational process, which promotes the development of students' independence and responsibility, as well as increasing their motivation and interest in learning. The pedagogical conditions include creating a flexible structure for lessons, using a variety of tasks aimed at different levels of preparation, and regularly monitoring progress to make timely adjustments to the educational plan. The article also emphasizes the importance of teacher student interaction in the process of individualizing learning and the necessity of professional development for teachers to effectively apply workbooks in practice
