Abstract
The article explores the integration of digital technologies into the teaching of the Russian language in schools. It describes key digital tools such as online resources, applications, electronic textbooks, interactive presentations, and social media, and their role in enhancing the educational process. The advantages of using these technologies are analyzed, including increased student engagement, personalized learning, the development of student independence, and expanded opportunities for differentiation. The article also addresses the challenges and risks associated with the implementation of digital technologies, such as the need for technical equipment, the digital divide, and the necessity for ongoing teacher training. Examples of successful integration include the use of video conferencing for remote lessons and the implementation of electronic grade books and diaries. The conclusion emphasizes the importance of correctly applying digital technologies to ensure they effectively contribute to achieving educational goals and developing key language competencies among students
